The Lansburgh’s fully furnished Corporate and Executive Suites offers Government Travelers an alternative to a traditional hotel stay and staff with expertise in the unique requirements of U.S. Government Travelers. Our Leasing Staff has over a decade of experience in housing U.S. Military personnel, Federal Civilian Employees and Cost-Reimbursable Federal Contractors.

• The Lansburgh offers Corporate Rental Rates that fall within annual TDY and Domestic and International Per Diem Scheduled Rates.
• Conveniently located downtown at 425 8th Street NW, The Lansburgh is within blocks of FBI Headquarters, The United States Capitol, The White House, over a dozen Federal Government Department Headquarters and Federal Agencies, and four Metrorail Stations.

On Unfurnished Apartments

• We will waive your application fee ($75.00)
• We will waive your move-in fee ($500.00) on all unfurnished apts.
• We will offer lease terms ranging from 6 months to 18 months
• A Military-Out clause is included in each Lease Agreement

On Furnished Apartments

• We will offer extremely flexible lease terms to members of the United States Armed Forces and Federal Government Employees
• A Military-Out clause is included in each Lease Agreement

Recent Graduate / First Year Associate Incentive Program

We are currently offering a number of special incentives to full-time students, recent graduates and first year associates, which we hope will persuade you to visit The Lansburgh.

For all recent graduates, full-time students and First Year Associates, The Lansburgh is pleased to offer the following incentives:

• Waived application fee. You, and your co-signer, will not be charged the $75 application-processing fee.
• $250 off your first month’s rent. Your first full month of rent will be reduced by $250.00 on unfurnished apartments on 12 month leases.
• $500 move-in fee waived.

In order to qualify, you must have a current Student ID from a college or university. You must also provide a copy of your class schedule or (unofficial) transcript for the current semester showing at least 12 credit hours. All recent graduates are eligible within 180 days of graduation. A copy of your ID and class schedule (or transcript) must be included with your rental application. First Year Associates must present a firm offer letter. All other rental requirements with The Lansburgh must be satisfied.
